Tips to help you take care of yourself

*** Make an appointment for a massage early in the day .  Or at the end of the day.  Find a way to pamper yourself all day long.

*** Treat your college-aged student to a massage.  Better yet, treat the two of you to a little time out.

*** Only have a short time for lunch?  Stop by for a ½ hour relaxing break.

*** If you’re travelling, make an appointment for the day after you return.
