Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapeutic Massage: It’s a deep pressure technique, good for low back and sciatic pain.
Swedish / Traditional Relaxation Massage: Full body massage, using light to moderate techniques to ease everyday tensions, aches and pains, enabling the body to de-stress and return balance to mind, body & spirit.
Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage: Deep relaxing massage, soothing working muscles, releasing worries and pain, strengthen and rejuvenate both body and mind.

Thai Massage: Thai massage is an ancient therapy, best described as a moving meditation, often referred to as "lazy man’s yoga". It is practiced fully clothed on the floor, on a thick mat. The receiver can expect greater flexibility, muscular and joint tension relief, increased circulation, and a quieting of the body and mind. The effect is relaxing, as well as energizing.

Youth Services: Children with Special Needs & Family-Centered Care: Massage for All Children, including those with Special Needs, and their families and/or Caregivers. Massage is an effective way to provide a child with physical comfort and security. Does your child deal with Sensory & Development Conditions? Therapeutic massage can increase attention span, reduce anxiety and integrate sensory & motor systems. Does your child have chronic pain: headaches, migraines? Is your child experiencing pain from repetitive injuries from sports activities? Does your child have “Back Pack Fatigue” ? Is your child worn out from getting up at dawn for a full day of school, followed by after school activities and staying up late to finish homework? Regular massage can decrease frequency and intensity of pain & discomfort Parent or Guardian must be present for all children 17 years and younger. Please allow an additional 15—30 minutes before the first appointment for needed assessment . During sessions, parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to learn therapeutic massage techniques, with the emphasis on individualized instruction for each family. Please Note: Our facility cannot accommodate children who do not have an appointment. The clinic is a place of relaxation for all clients. Please make other arrangements for your children while you are in the clinic. Therapeutic massage services are available to children 17 years of age with written parental permission, and they are accompanied by a parent &/or guardian.
Gatherings: Friends & Family Gatherings – Fun, Mini Massages (20 - 30 min – chair or table) & Foot Soaks. $30 per person ~ 3 - 3.5 hours. . Escape for a few hours – laugh and talk with friends. (Minimum—3 people.) You can bring the food. Or we can provide refreshments so all you have to worry about is getting yourself to the party – for an additional $10 per person. We have 3 menus to choose from) All guests will receive a $15 gift certificate for a one-hour massage to be used at a subsequent visit. (must be used within 6 months.) Or we can develop an individual event for your Corporate Groups, Wedding Parties, Showers, Birthdays, Girlfriend Package, Social Charities, or Monday Night Sports Parties. Groups of three or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit 72 hours before appointment. Canceling or changing appointments for groups requires 72 hours notice in order to avoid being charged in full for the services. Other rules apply and will be discussed when booking a group or event. Sorry we are unable to accept coupons for group events.

Gentle touch massage can benefit areas that are tender or sore, alleviate tension and pain, increase range of motion & flexibility. Techniques will focus on decreasing all those aches and pains and decrease chronic pain: headaches, migraines, back pain, shoulders, & the weight of the world.
Pre- & Post-Natal Massage: A relaxing massage is designed to support and comfort pregnant woman and new mom. Helps to soothe and dissolve the stress that goes along with pregnancy and postpartum. Please consult with your physician first.
